My Birthday

As I couldn’t take my Black Belt grading this month as originally intended I pulled my birthday ceebration forward to actually be near my birthday.  Actually on my birthday I had a quiet day with Dan (he made me a fantastic cake, covered in chocolate!) and then the weekend after I went out to celebrate.

On fri 13th I headed to Colleys Supper Rooms with Dan, Helen and Sam.  I’d tried to get a big group booking but had left it too late, so it was just the 4 of us.  It was a fantastic meal tho, 7 courses over about 3.5hrs – we all rolled home & had trouble sleeping we were so full!

On sat I went out for lunch with Dan and a few friends from uni (Gilli, Adele & Tom).   We ate at the Royal Oak – absolutely amazing burgers   Then in the evening went out for drinks with various friends from down here.  There was about 14 of us in the end, and we had a good night in the Bishop.
