Bought a bike!

I’ve been considering getting a bike for a while, as cycling to work and back a few times each week would be a great way for me to get regular exercise. Now I live closer to work it’s even more practical. However, with my joints I needed to make sure I would actually be able to use it, and not have to walk it up every hill. Then I heard about electric bikes, so I could get powered assist when needed but still get exercise as well.

After some research online I thought I had found the right bike for me. I also found this great place in Southampton – Electric Bike World. They had a few bikes in stock that I could try riding around on in the car park. This test allowed me to try the bike I thought I wanted from the reviews, and compare it to a few others available. In the end I went for a slightly higher model which would give extra push for hill climbing. With a push from Dan I bought a Wisper 905e, a good looking mountain bike with a fun kick of speed when wanted. Now I just need to get Dan off it so I can try it out properly!
