Neck Injury

I’ve hurt my neck again, kinda like a whiplash injury. Not sure exactly what caused it oringally, but this is the third time I’ve had problems with my neck which means I need to take some time out to rest it properly. Unfortunately this means a month with no exercise, which puts paid to my black belt plans for the time being.
