21/12/06 – 27/12/06 – Christmas @ Newcastle

As per usual drove up to Newcastle with Minstrel to spend Christmas with Mum.

 

15/12/06 – MadHouse Christmas Dinner

Helen & I managed to cook a full Christmas spread for 15ppl. It all went down well (tho we did have to kick everyone out early as we were so tired!)

 

24/11/06 – Dan’s Houseparty

Dan had a few ppl round to his flat.  A special evening as it was also the night we got together )

 

03/11/06 – IBM Fireworks Night

Another great display put on by IBM.  I got to watch it from the site entrance where I was doing traffic control

 

28/10/06 – Murder Mystery Dinner

A Murder Mystery Evening organised by the IBM Social Club, good fun & we won the dressing up prize too!

 

21/10/06 – MadHouse Movie Icons Party

We decided on a Movie Icons theme this time round & fantastic effort was put into the costumes! Everyone had a great night (until the following morning anyway)

 

20/10/06 – MadHouse Dinner Party

Between us Helen & I managed to rustle up a roast for 12ppl, together with home-made brownies courtesy of Katie & we all ate far too much!

 

14/10/06 – Oxjam

The Rivers of Sound played at the charity Music Festival ‘Oxjam’ in Winchester. Followed by drinks, dinner & more drinks )

 

30/09/06 – Zonked Big Birthday Bash

Alex, Eve & Nick decided to celebrate their birthdays with a bouncy castle, marquee & BBQ out in a field!

 

15/07/06 – Helen’s Bday

Had a great day in the garden with the Pimms before heading into town for a meal & more drinks )

 

07/07/06-10/07/06 – Mum’s Bday, so off to Newcastle

Popped up north for the weekend for Mum’s bday.  Had a lovely meal out & spent far too much shopping as usual )

 

23/06/06 – RAF Ball

Headed up to Shawbury to join Jason for his Summer Ball. Had a great evening (despite wearing a glass of wine!), pics up in the gallery.

 

09/06/06 – 12/06/06 – Butlins

Off to Bognor Regis again for Jane’s Bday, a fantastic weekend though very lacking in sleep!

 

12/05/06 – 31/05/06 – Singapore

Took the opportunity to head off to Singapore to see Hannah while she’s working over there. Managed to fit in a road trip to Malaysia & a long weekend in Hong Kong to see May too.

 

29/04/06 – Bristol Training Conference

Caught up with everyone at the BTC again, held in London this time at Gilli’s new house.

 

08/04/06 – My 25th Birthday Ball

Decided to celebrate turning 25 in style – with a Black Tie Ball at the Winchester Guildhall.  Pictures in the Gallery.

 

18/03/06 – Jane & Al’s Engagement Party

Jane & Al got engaged at Christmas and so we all turned up to help them celebrate.

 

10/03/06-14/03/06 – Newcastle Visit

Took a couple of days off work & flew up to Newcastle with Helen to take Mum out )

 

07/03/06 – New Car Arrive!

I decided to go down the new car route, and got my new Fiesta today.  Now christened Lady Penelope!  I’ve also now got Helen to dye my hair purple to match my car )

 

04/03/06 – MadHouse Dinner Party

invited a couple of friends round and between us me & Helen came up with a full 3 course dinner!

 

18/02/06 – Family Party

David turned 21 & Dad was celebrating his birthday as well so we had a family get-together in Bristol.

 

12/02/06 – Taekwondo Southern Open Competition

My first competition for a long time & I managed to come away with Bronze from the Patterns & Silver from the Point-Stop Sparring! Quite a good day in all.

 

03/02/06 – HUC Social

Time for another Ultimate Club social – we headed into Southampton for a big meal & a few drinks.

 

22/01/06 – Taekwondo Umpire Course

Finally managed to attend a training course, so now I can officiate at competitions as well as taking part 0
